There is no need for legal representation be unattainable for small businesses or individuals simply due to escalating costs. My choice to maintain a "virtual" office permits me to substantially lower my fees from those which I charged in the past.
My fee is $90.00 per hour. This rate may change in the future, but is guaranteed for all work done during 2009. This rate does not apply to contingency cases in which I am not paid unless you recover. Also, actual "out of pocket" expenses, including the cost of copies, are extra.
There is no charge for travel time or mileage within Benton and Washington Counties of Arkansas. Since I work from my home, there is no reason my clients should pay for my inconvenient location.
Flexible Contingency fees
Accident cases are often accepted on a contingency basis where you pay no attorney fee unless you recover. However, I recognize that in some cases a contingency fee of one-third may create a windfall for an attorney who may be able to settle the case fairly without a tremendous expenditure of time. Thus, in many instances I offer a fexible contingency fee agreement under which you pay either the hourly rate or the contingency fee, whichever is lower. Depending upon your particular circumstances, this may lead to an attorney fee of as little as 10% of your recovery.This agreement still provides that you pay no attorney fee unless you recover.
